The Cheapest Forget It

Posted on August 9th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

Wouldn’t it be great if we got get the cheapest price on everything. I know I wouldn’t want it. Would you? Do you strive to get the cheapest automoblie? The cheapest mobile home to live in? The cheapest place to eat? Rather than look for the cheapest we tend to look for value for our money. We know we all work hard for our money and would like to be compensated if we are to give it up.
The first thing a buyer should look for is if he’s comparing apples with apples. Any person who’s been to China lately can tell you that you can find a knockoof Louis Vitton handbag for $10.00, $20.00, $50.00 and $100.00. The $10.00 bag looks good from a distance but up close you can notice it’s not a real one. The $20.00 bag looks real until you see the seams. The $40.00 bag looks perfect on the outside but the inside is noticeable different. Lastly, the $100.00 bag is an identical bag that can fool even workers at Louis Vitton.
Secondly you should look for reliability. If you need the goods for a certain date and are saving 5% dealing with one questionnable supplier, think what would happen if they are late. If you run a sale on an item, advertise starting this date, and then not have the merchadise, think about the impact on your company. Your company’s image is not viewed favourably, secondly the likelihood of this customer returning to your store for a future sale is unlikely and your advertising budget was wasted. Now how much was that 5% savings worth?
Thirdly, look at indirect costs. My company Solutions Ink has set up many companies on our e-commerce ordering systems for printing and promotional products. A daily dreaded routine for most large companies is ordering business cards. The time to compile a list, fax or email, receive a proof, verify with the end user, return the proof or make changes on the proof, all takes considerable time. Along with this time the idea of maintaining a data base for future orders seems like a great idea which even speeds up the ordering process further. By giving our customers instant proofing we can save them hundred of hours annually. This is one direct cost savings not usually looked at, the other is that these employees can use their time more effectively to make their comapny’s more efficient and economical. The smarter larger company’s have realized this, now the middle size companies are coming on board. Another example of this are cellular phones or blackberries. The direct monthly cost of these items is certainly more than finding a public telephone and putting in a few coins or buying a calling card. However the reason most people use these items is that it saves us time, allowing us to multitask other items which are more beneficial to our companies.
Fourthly, sometimes it’s an emotional decision and not a purely financial one. If all companies looked only at the bottom line, no companies would have corporate suites, no executives would be driving luxury cars, their would be no Ritz Carlton Hotels, no luxury development or condominiums. If there would be none of these things life would be a lot less interesting. We could exist but not really live well.

Individual Health Insurance Plans

Posted on August 8th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

When looking for individual health insurance plans it’s important to remember that generally you’ll find better rates if you deal directly with the insuring company. The internet now allows individuals the chance to plug in a few personal details and obtain individual health insurance plans quotes. Some questions to consider when choosing your coverage are the following:
1) Is it important that you keep your current Doctor?
2) Is it important that you have access to alternative care such acupuncture or massage therapy?
3) How high a deductible are you comfortable with?
Individual Health Insurance Plans tailored to your needs.
Most people looking for individual health insurance plans are seeking modest insurance coverage, but they also want some of the basic essentials such as regular Doctor visits and prescription coverage. Keep in mind that your premium costs will vary depending on how high your deductible is and what kind of coverage you have. Generally the higher the deductible, the lower your monthly premiums. When choosing your coverage try to match low prices with quality coverage.

5 Ways To Reduce Bill Payment Anxiety

Posted on August 8th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

One repeated source of financial stress and anxiety for many people is the monthly payment of their bills. A friend of mine refers to his monthly dilemma as having too much month at the end of his money. I also know couples that refer to bill paying days as “fight night” because of the tension and strain it can add to a relationship. As it turns out, most of the anxiety associated with paying your bills is primarily a result of being reactive instead of prepared for your incoming bills. Developing a process or system to organize and pay your bills can actually be pretty simple if you’re realistic about what you hope to accomplish and allow yourself the appropriate time to get comfortable using your new approach. Here are five ways to help you better manage your monthly bills:
1) “Location, Location. Location:”
Identify a specific place in the house where all financial related papers will be located. Ideally you’ll want to purchase a file box or cabinet, but if finances are tight and you’re just looking for a starting point, a kitchen drawer, folder, or shoebox will work for now. Remember, just as the rule goes in real estate, location is a critical factor so make sure you choose a location that is accessible and close to where you open your mail.
2) Use Your Scout Training:
Be prepared! The famous motto of the Boys and Girls Scouts of America is a great way to combat bill anxiety. Have return labels, stamps, envelopes, a letter opener, calculator, and any other bill paying essentials available and ready for use.
3) Practice Makes Perfect
Develop a daily routine for opening mail at or near the area you designated to store your financial papers and supplies. When you open your mail remove the clutter that often comes with your bills and just keep the bill and return envelope. Then group your bills based on due dates. After using your approach for a couple weeks, review your progress and make adjustments as necessary.
4) K.I.S.S.
You’re probably familiar with this acronym and for the purpose of better managing your bills, consider this simple twist - Keep It Simple and Specific. Establish regular days and times to pay your bills. Consider identifying 3 to 4 days per month that you can designate to sit down and pay your bills. Try the 5th, 15th, and 25th to start.
5) Extra Credit:
When you sit down to pay your bills, take a moment to review your records for any discrepancies or fraud. Develop a list of your regular bills that will allow you to record your payment amounts, payment date, payment type, and any follow up that may be necessary. After paying a bill, write on the invoice the date you wrote the check and the check number used. Also include account numbers on your check
It’s important to remember that developing methods to reduce financial stress and anxiety is simple and inexpensive way to feel better about your financial future. It’s a sign of financial maturity and a key ingredient in the quest for true financial success.

The Psychometric Profile A Useful Recruitment Tool

Posted on August 7th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

Personality profiling is increasing used by employers to assess potential employees. In an article that appeared in The Times the British Market Research Bureau stated that “Nearly three quarters of UK companies now rely on psychometric profiling when recruiting.” It is now commonplace for employers to use psychometrics to understand, enhance and improve personal and team performance.
Because there are many psychometric tools from which to choose it helps if you are clear about exactly what it is you wish to measure. Based on a recent on line poll the most popular uses of Psychometrics profiles falls into three distinct areas:
Recruitment and Candidate Selection - mainly to provide insight and reduce risk.
Employee development - to ensure employers retain and make the most of existing staff.
Team Building - significantly improve communication and productivity both internally and externally.
There is no doubt that psychometrics can provide insight in these areas and generate measurable improvements. Yet this trend to use psychometrics is not a modern phenomenon as the basics of personality profiling has been around for a long time. You may well be familiar with the widely used Myers Briggs Type indicator test that was developed in the 1950’s and is still popular now. This was based on the work of Carl Jung in the 1920’s. The lineage of personality profiling can be traced back through the centuries, right back to Plato around three hundred and forty years before the birth of Christ.
Surprisingly the basic nature of all personality profiles has remained static in all that time. They measure an individual’s psychological attributes using one of two different styles or instruments:
Tests:(like me) or ‘wrong’ (not like me) answers. They are constructed to measure a person’s ability or aptitude. Some tests gauge someone’s verbal or numerical skills and are used when a particular skill or aptitude is required to do a job. So, tests tend to measure “hard” skills.
Questionnaires: Typically there are no right or wrong answers because questionnaires consider someone’s characteristics or how they prefer to behave. Questionnaires measure “soft” skills.
So whilst it is true that a psychometric profile may take the guesswork out of recruiting and give you confidence in making the right decision and perhaps appoint the right person. They are not always an objective mechanism to short list candidates or eliminate those individuals without the right temperament.
The problem with profiles
The issue is not the process but the nature of how the information is gathered. Both test and questionnaire based profiles used word based questions to drive the profile. And these questions, or variations of them, have been around for a long time. People who are exposed to them are becoming used to the style, pattern and content. In fact you can by books and attend courses in how to answer the questions in a way that changes the profile.
It’s not that hard, even without the ‘inside knowledge’. For example the question below was taken at random from a widely used and popular test.
Does interacting with strangers (a) energise you or (b) tax your reserves?
Now it doesn’t take much understanding of psychometric profiles to realise that this question is measuring your preference for social interaction. Most popular profiles would define this as Introversion or Extroversion.
If you have a basic understanding of personality profiles you could predict the employer’s requirements, modify your answers and alter your profile. As familiarity with the questions and interview coaching increase the effectiveness of profiles can only diminish. This is a growing concern for employers.
New challenges require a fresh approach
Increasingly psychometric tests are emerging that record the subject’s response to non-verbal stimuli. This questioning technique works at a deeper more unconscious level, which makes them much harder to predict or second guess. There is even a suggestion that the answers given are more accurate, eliminating the other issue with traditional profiles which is the number of questions that need to be asked. Instead of spending ten, fifteen or thirty minutes often a visually based psychometric profile can be completed in less than sixty seconds.
If words and questions are being replaced by images and preferences, perhaps this will make psychometric profiling not only faster, fun and more accurate, it might appeal more to a wider audience, rather than just being the preserve of business. In the future it could be that a picture really is worth a thousand words.

Get Organised And Transform Your Life

Posted on August 5th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

It takes effort to get results, and not just any effort, it takes smart effort. You cannot expect to achieve anything without doing something. Unfortunately in our society today, people are making an enormous effort to keep themselves busy all day, yet for many they look at what they have done and realised that much of the time had been wasted. They review their day and wonder what they had achieved.
You need to plan, focus and take action on what you want to achieve to get the outcome you desire. You need to get organised!
My Story
Last year I was in a shop trying on a shirt and I asked a lady who was also in the changing rooms how it looked on me. (I never ask the sales assistant as they usually tell you it looks great regardless of whether it does or not). She thought it looked great and I must confess, I thought so too! Still, being a woman I like to have someone else to confirm it.
Now here’s what I found both flattering and interesting. The lady said “The shirt looks great, I wish I had the same body”. She was referring to my body! That got me excited! That’s the first time someone had said that to me. Mind you this woman was about 15 kg overweight and would probably think that about anyone who was smaller than her.
I replied “Thank you! (and then blurted out in a nice way) However, you could too, just exercise regularly and eat healthily”. I forgot to mention she had an open packet of potato chips in her bag. This lady probably thought I was born this way, one of the lucky ones who could eat and drink anything they wanted and walked occasionally for exercise.
It takes effort
What this lady didn’t know was that every morning I drag myself out of bed at 5.30 a.m. to work out at the local gym. And I do that regardless of how cold or wet it is, how tired I am, whether it’s summer or winter. I pay the price to get the results. I’m also particular about food, trying wherever possible to eat low fat, low sugar food and drink plenty of water.
If there’s an easier alternative, a magic pill which will miraculously keep the weight off, body toned and make me feel great consistently without harming my health, please let me know. Until then, I’ll keep paying the price and making the effort because the results are worth it.
Pay Yourself First
Having read the last couple of paragraphs you might say “why doesn’t she exercise later in the day?”. The reason I don’t is that I am a “morning” person and know that by going to bed earlier and getting up early I can get it over with first thing. Otherwise if I chose to exercise later, chances are circumstances would arise and I’d postpone it.
One of my coaching clients is a runner. He originally rang me because his work and his life was out of control. He runs 20 kms a day and has done so for many years. I asked him how did he manage to religiously run every morning before work yet couldn’t seem to leave the office by 5.30 p.m. each night. He answered “It’s easy to jump out of bed in the morning and run, there’s nothing or no-one able to stop me at that hour (5.30 a.m.). Yet when I’m at work there are too many demands on my time and they seem to always arise late in the day.”
Learn to pay yourself first. Just like George Classon wrote in his book “The Richest Man In Babylon”, take 10% of whatever you earn and pay yourself first. Use it to invest, otherwise there will never be anything left once you pay everything else. And I’m sure many of you can relate to that.
How to Pay Yourself First
You need to make yourself the first priority. Ensure you allow time each and every day to action your own personal agenda.
Here’s a couple of ideas to get you started:
Block out time each day in your diary for your exercise. Eg. Walk at 6.00 a.m. or lunchtime. Plan that first.
Block out time each day to follow up on your personal issues. Eg. Book dental appointment, respond to phone calls, contact bank. Do that early in the day otherwise you’ll run out of time and leave it
Make sure that you stick to it. Learn to say ‘no’ if other people want to make other plans for you during those ‘me’ times. You must take care of yourself first. You have the power to say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ to other people’s demands on your time. Treat yourself as your no. 1 priority.
The Final Word
When you decide (yes, that right), it’s when you decide to make yourself the highest priority in your life, you’ll find how much easier it is to live your life. When you decide you’re worth it, it will be easy for you to say ‘no’ to other people’s demands/requests. Of course, you’ll need to learn how to organise yourself so that you are effective as possible.

Adverse Debt Levels Blight Uk Consumers Personal Finances

Posted on August 5th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

Debt levels are at an all time high in the UK. The younger generation tend to be feeling the pinch the most, but parents are increasingly being required to bail them out, often at great expense to their own limited mortgage or retirement savings.
It has become almost accepted as a fact of life that graduates will begin their careers with a considerable level of personal debt. The Association of Investment Trust Companies found that on average students expected to graduate with 7,208 of debt, while parents believed it would be nearer to 9,741, however the real average was found to be currently running at 13,501. Graduates then need to service credit cards, take out a mortgage, then cover the payments, repay university loans, not to mention the pressure to start saving earlier, and save more, for their retirement, whilst the basic state pension increasingly becomes inadequate. The government revealed in June that student debt for 2003-04 was seven times higher than they were in 1994-95 and the Student Loans Company has shown that debts owed to them has risen to more than 13bn.
It is not only students who face financial difficulties early in life. Consumer Credit Counselling Services - Scotland ( http://www.cccs.co.uk/ ), has indicated that young adults in general, under the age of 25, now account for more than 10 per cent of the estimated 32,000 people who have fallen into severe arrears on non-mortgage debts of more than 1 billion.
Malcolm Hurlston, Chairman of the Consumer Credit Counselling Services (CCCS) said, “It is noticeable that young people are accounting for an increasing proportion and the number of them seeking assistance has risen by about 25 per cent over the past two years or so.”
Analysts have been bracing themselves for news of a sharp increase in adverse debt levels from the major high street banks following report figures of a 21 per cent increase in bad debts levels at Lloyds TSB. City analysts expect HBOS and Royal Bank of Scotland to declare that bad debt charges have risen by around 20% in their personal banking businesses, and Barclays, HSBC and Alliance and Leicester are all expected to tell a similar tale of rising loan defaults. Citigroup analysts are expecting bad debt charges from its retail banking division to rise about 24% in the first half of this year to 230m, while last year HBOS’s provisions for bad debt rose from 1bn to 1.2bn.
Keith Stevens, of the chartered accountants firm Wilkins Kennedy ( http://www.wilkinskennedy.com/ ), said: “Creditors profit by lending money to people and collecting interest, and the longer they can keep that cycle going the better for them. Unless borrowers own property of significant value, it’s often not in creditors’ interest to call in their debts.” He also continued that he believed some creditors were increasingly taking a hands-off approach, allowing debtors to pile up large amounts of debt, and then collecting interest and penalty charges for as long as borrowers were able to continue paying. This has lead to an increase in the number of borrowers filing for bankruptcy themselves when previously they would have been forced into it earlier by their lenders.
House repossessions have also significantly increased over the past year, with the Council of Mortgage Lenders announcing 4,640 home repossessions during the first half of 2005, compared with 3,070 for the last half of 2004. Government figures show that there has also been an increase in the number of homeowners being taken to court for mortgage arrears.
Some of the major banks and financial service providers have taken the initiative and started to help police the growing adverse debt problems with HSBC announcing that it will share their full credit record, of both positive and negative information, on its personal customers with other regulated financial services companies through the Experian, Equifax and CallCredit credit reference agencies, in efforts to keep tabs on its consumers’ debt.
Michael Geoghegan, Chief Executive of HSBC said: “It is no more in the interests of a customer to borrow more money than they can afford than it is for a bank to lend them the money.” The move has been widely heralded by analysts, as Michael Geoghegan added, “It is the only way to ensure that lenders properly understand the full financial exposure of customers before they let them sign up to debt that some simply can’t afford.”
This all comes amidst media pressure for financial firms to become more responsible. One case widely featured in the news concerns a couple who took out the 5,740 loan at 34.9% APR for house improvements, but they were already in arrears on two prior mortgages, and became unable to keep up the loan repayments. Over the course of the 15 year loan term the amount repayable had escalated to 384,000. Attempts by the loan company to still enforce the huge debt, eventually had to be fought off by the couple through the law courts.
The couple urged others considering taking out a loan to seek advice and to, “obviously read the small print and ask the questions that perhaps you don’t think about at the time, and just make sure you know exactly what the consequences are should anything go wrong”.
There are currently many sources of information to help consumers make decisions regarding their finances and debt levels. Financial comparison sites like Moneynet ( http://moneynet.co.uk/ ) can provide impartial information on loans, mortgages, adverse credit, etc, to find the best product for individual circumstances. Consumer help sites like the National Debtline ( http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/ ) provide free confidential and independent advice on how to deal with debt problems, and the Citizens Advice Bureau ( http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/ ) are there with trained volunteers to help with legal, monetary and other problems, through a free, independent and confidential advice service.
The more help and information that is available to consumers and the more responsible the lending agencies become, the safer finance will be for the most vulnerable who are looking to borrow money, to prevent them getting into un-repayable levels of debt, however these services can only be of help if people actually use them.
Malcolm Hurlston of CCCS said, “We are advising about 4,000 people in Scotland and I would estimate that our figures represent only about one in eight of those who need help”.
Financial education is something needs to be provided at an early stage to make people realise the importance of taking on the accountability for their own finances, as well as highlighting where to access help for when it is required. Budgeting is a subject many school leavers have little practical knowledge of, but one which they desperately need to be made aware of before they start to control their own finances.
Where there is existing advice or help, this must be made available and known to all in order to prevent more people getting too deeply into debt, or falling prey to loan sharks like the recent case of Mark Washington Johnson who has been jailed in Birmingham for nearly four years. Mr Johnson was found guilty of charging up to 8,000 per cent interest on loans, taking Social Security benefit books or National Insurance numbers as “security” for the unauthorised loans and then piling on default charges for missed payments. If we are to prevent this sort of abuse occurring to the weakest members of society then public awareness needs to be raised and the most vulnerable people given the assistance best suited to understand and control their own money.

Cause And Effect Choose A Path

Posted on August 4th, 2008 by kouvin, under Businesses.

Three steps to your Personal Transformation:

Awareness and Perception
Law of Cause and Effect
Law of Accumulation

These categories are what you need to understand in order to be in total control of your being!
Most go through life never reaching their potential because they never take control of all their faculties or abilities.
This information is designed to help you gain complete control of your life!
So lets get into it
1) Awareness and perception.
In order to be in complete control of our self, actions, and ultimate success - we must learn to expand our awareness of what is around us.
FACT: there are certain states of mind that enable us to learn more information, retain more information, and be more aware of our environments
This state of mind is open to all of us; however, most people never call it to action.
In other words we just don’t look… The problem with that is if we are not using our resources… we are virtually blind! Or at least vary limited.
Most of us look at the world through a tunnel vision… really blinded to what is all around us.
CAMERA
E.g.: Imagine having a really nice camera…problem is that it is always stuck on the highest zoom! You can see a limited amount very detailed. However, you ignore the majority of what is around you…
Here is what I mean
ACTION: Focus on a point… (Pick a point, any point) stare at it intently. Don’t move. Stare and Focus all of your energy into that point!
That is a great quality that we can focus so intently on one thing - but…
Keep starting at the point… but while staring… try to notice what is to the sides of the point… sides of the room… keep going. All the way and you will realize that you can even see the people sitting right next to you while still focusing on the point!
That is what is called your peripheral vision…
Every leader that I know has the ability to use both their focused vision, as well as their peripheral.
They can be laser focused on a task at hand while simultaneously keeping an open mind to other situations and opportunities…
This is what I mean by awareness…
The first step to taking charge of our lives is to broaden your vision of what is all around you all of the time…
Once we are more AWARE of what is going on, we can then start making progress on expanding our perception! It’s when we do this that our transformation of self begins
Why do we get control of our perception?
We must learn to see all vantage points! All angles, all sides…
You cannot really be in control of your thoughts of you have limited thoughts!
E.g. Lifecycle?
Hit a threshold… what do you do. Some might stay quite… I say find a new lifecycle…. A new challenge and new ideas and compound!
Just a change in perception!
What about your greatest strength!
What is it? It is only strength.
I bet if you thought about it, your greatest strength when taken to an extreme could be your greatest FAULT!
E.g. TITANIC!!!! Unsinkable!!!! Got rid of lifeboats… turned up speed!!! What happened?
Most people are inside the box thinkers… even though it’s almost a cliche to say thinking outside the box, most people don’t! Why not. Most don’t change their perceptions
Control of self comes from learning to shift your perceptions to all vantage points!
E.g.: at one point everything strange that happened on this planet was an act of god!
Then Isaac Newton came around and said no - everything happens because of universal laws!
The problem that people run into when trying to shift their perception is that most people think that their perception is reality!
Is it?
Is what you perceive always what is real! MATRIX!
Perception may be your reality…. But there is a difference between reality and actuality?
Once you can understand that what you perceive is only what you think is there and may not be what is actually there! Now you have the foundation to understand the next law!
Cause and effect!
This is a universal force of nature
C -> E
You are always on one side of the equation or another!
Either you assume causes for everything you do, or you are the effect!
E.g. my organization won’t listen to me!
What side are you on with that statement? Are you a cause?
No.
What if you decided to be at cause and say that the results that I get from my organization are a direct response from my communication skills and ability to move them into action!
Our communication is always a result of that information we put out, not what is heard on the other side. If our message is not communication clearly, we should strive harder to improve our ability.
Now you are at cause.
It always easier to blame something or someone else with a result that you don’t like.’
But if you do that you are no longer in control. You are not a cause.
Another e.g. how many of you run into “circumstances in life”….
What do you usually do?
Most blame others.
Many of us may have had that situation just recently, you always have two options:
You can blame the people around you, the weather, the events, the situation or whatever else and see how your circumstances are everybody else’s fault but your own…. basically admitting that you are no longer in control of who you are and what you do!
Or you can choose to be a cause for your present moment! Personally, if a circumstance comes to me, I call it a challenge, and I think this was presented to me for a reason. I look at what other’s use as reasons not to excel, and see them as challenges to test my mental toughness and emotional intelligence to see what I deserve, what reward may be just on the other side of that obstacle!!!
I am a cause! I am in control. I choose to perceive and respond do different things!
You see once you understand that YOU can choose how you perceive things… from what vantage point you want to view…. Then you we realize that you are a cause for everything in your life. You can always be in control.
You see most people never do this…. people are so predictable!
When we say something wrong… what do we do? We Blame, Mimic, deny and justify!!!
Most people will do this. You can’t go around changing people. You simply must learn to control yourself.
A unique realization: When you decide to change yourself, you in fact change your environment!
How?
If you take a different viewpoint - you change your perception of reality. Your perception is what you perceive as real. Therefore by changing yourself you change your world!
So don’t ask for your environment to change… That’s in EFFECT
Ask for you to change… now you are a cause!
You are either affecting your environment or your environment is affecting you! Which is it?
The catch is, sometimes you don’t want to be a cause. Sometime it’s easier to blame… to stay inside the matrix!
That is what personal transformation is all about!
Is this too philosophical for you? Well let’s substantiate this argument with empirical science!
If our perception is not actuality… What is? Actuality really lays the 2 million pieces of information that your brain is processing right now!
What?
Science has proven that at any give moment, you are be bombarded by 2 million BITS if information at a time.
Some of them you recognize…. See, smell, feel, hear, taste.
MOST YOU DON’T!
Here is the thing… your human neurology cannot take in and process 2 million bits of information at the same time.
It has been proven that the avg human brain can only take in approximately 134 bits at a time!
That 134 out of the 2 million that are all around you!
All day long. Our subconscious mind deletes, distorts, and generalizes all of these bits until it narrows it down to 134 bits!!
The system that does this is called our RAS… Reticular Activation System…
This component tells our mind what to seek out! It’s our filtering system so we don’t walk around on information overload all the time!
Right now as I am writing to all of you. There are 2 million bits of info all around us. Each of you is picking up your own 134… that is your perception! Each of you right now is seeing a different movie in your mind!
Another example: Look around the room…picture a color (e.g. BLUE). Shut your eyes and focus on BLUE and open your eyes and look around and notice how much BLUE is in the room. all different shades…
What? We now programmed our subconscious to pick up that bit!
How about anybody ever buy a new car! You never see them until you buy it, then what happens? Why is it that the cars were never there and the world just copied you! They were not a part of your unconscious mind; therefore, they were just among the other 2 million bits that got sorted out!
Pretty amazing, isn’t it?
So the obvious question is what determines what 134 bits we pick up!
Ever hear of the law of magnetism! We attract what we put out! Here is why that is the case… your mind chooses the 134 bits that harmonize most with your unconscious mind!
In others words. What you perceive, or your so-called reality, is a direct result of what is going on in your own mind!
E.g. you ever notice how 2 people can have the same situation occur and have two completely different responses! They have different bits.
How many of you have those days when you wake up on the wrong side of the bed… and EVERYTHING GOES wrong? Why?
Do you see how this works? That is what I cringe on is when people think negative thoughts! Because you are shifting your perception to attract a negative 134 bits!!!
“If you really new the power of a negative thought, you would never even think about having one!”
Therefore, by understanding that it is scientifically proven that we only pick on 134 out of 2 million bits and that we are only in command of what bits we pick up, then we are perpetually at cause for our reality!!!
So the main question that you have to ask yourself is what 134 bits are you picking up?
What reality are you a CAUSE for creating for yourself!
Your reality as it is today is EXACTLY what you shaped it to be.
So if you are having success and you are happy and content, congratulations, you created that for yourself.
And if you are not successful (in your mind) and want things to change - then you must change! Become more aware… shift your perceptions and be at cause for your reality!
You choose your reality.
So now that we understand cause and effect and how we are truly at cause of everything that happens in our lives.
Lets take one last step…
Not only is this relevant for what we filer and how we perceive things, it is also tied into what actions we initiate and the results that they get!
Who here before this event, believed in Karma… or have heard the statement that “everything happens for a reason!”
What is this case?
Same philosophy here: for every cause that you initiate - other people are going to react or create an effect!
This philosophy has been around forever… its part of the universal law!
Do unto others, as you would have others do unto you!
What goes around comes around.
What you put out is what you get back.
All of these are quotes around the law of accumulation…
Once you decide to become a cause for everything in your life… you have to be careful with what you put out there!
Again, that’s why this is a step in your personal transformation!
If you stop and consider all of your action and ask what could the effect of that action be… then you should live a long a prosperous life!
If you put your actions with integrity, honesty, good heartedness, and if you are responsible, disciplined, and focused, if you are committed, persistent, and congruent… then all of these causes will generate a desired effect!
However, the opposite is also often true. And this is where you have to be careful because being a cause, or being in control in your life allocates you a lot of power and freedom to shape your reality.
With great power, comes great responsibility.
The law of accumulation just states that what you put out will continue to come back.
Therefore, as long as you do the correct things long enough… over and over - you will get your desired result.
You see successful people are not successful by chance! They are successful because they deserve to be. Just as you will deserve to be financially free when you hit that point.
Successful people are successful not because they are extraordinary people, but because they put enough good actions out there that they got there due in return… that’s it!
Do you want to learn to command the law of accumulation in your favor? I hope so!
That is the third phase of personal transformation!
I felt compelled to share this information because how to take control of your life and situation was a thought that was put in my mind years ago.
Also, at that time was the launch of our organization!
I hope that the information that stemmed for me wanting to learn to be in control of my situation can help you in your journey and your personal transformation…
Just expand your awareness, shift your perceptions, and see all vantage points.
Decide to be a cause to everything in your life.
Command the law off accumulation in your favor.
By dong this you are in control!
You will write your own check in your business. You will write your own check in life.
You take the only variable in your business and not only make it good, but decide to make it great!
So next time someone says, “are you going to retire? Are you going to be successful? Are you going to beat the system? What’s your guarantee?
You can stand tall…look them directly in the eye, and without a flinch, without a stutter, say “I have a guarantee… my guarantee is me!”
